Read Full ArticleProperty consultancy Cluttons has moved its London HQ to Yarnwicke on Cannon Street.
Cluttons has taken a ten-year lease at the site, occupying the entire fourth floor, which comprises 8,551 sq ft of adaptable workspace, with access to a roof terrace, luxury bathrooms and concierge services.
Described as “one of the most sustainable and high quality office spaces in the City”, Yarnwicke was previously known as Sherbourne House and has been extensively refurbished by developer Riverside Capital to BREEAM Excellent standard, with an EPC rating of A.
In late 2021, Cluttons launched a Manchester team, establishing the city as its northern hub. The consultancy has now taken a ten-year lease at 26 Cross Street, part of the St Ann’s Square conservation area. The Manchester team has now grown to 20 and is set for further growth following this lease of new workspace.
Cluttons also has offices in Newcastle, Oxford and Reading, as well as a number of residential agency branches across Central London and overseas franchises in Lisbon, the Algarve and Malta.
James Gray, CEO of Cluttons, said: “The last two years have been pivotal for Cluttons. We know what our clients want and expect of us, and we have built our strategy and business around this. We have retained and hired the best people to support this strategy and put in place systems and processes that help enable our growth ambitions. Historically we have been understated in our approach and in shouting about our successes but we recognised the need to be bolder and more confident in who we are and what we can achieve for our clients and our business.
“The new London office is a major line in the sand that underpins all of our bold ambitions whilst also reflecting our own expertise in workplace strategy and sustainability. It also provides the perfect environment for our people in terms of experience, pride, location and amenity. We are all delighted with the move and have already replicated it for our northern hub in Manchester which will also underpin our growth planned in the North.”
