Read Full ArticleThe HPS Group has launched an M&E services business to provide hard FM and technical project services within the residential, educational and commercial sectors.
The new operating division is structured to deliver numerous services including planned and reactive maintenance, specialist services, small works and projects, post-completion technical support, consultancy, sustainable technologies, and technology & data services on a self-delivered or supply chain basis
These services are underpinned by software platforms, non-intrusive maintenance techniques, and harnessing the emerging world of the Internet of Things (IoT), AI and robotics.
HPS has recruited Adam Phillips to lead the new business. Adam has over two decades of experience in engineering spanning the aviation, critical services and built environment sectors. This includes designing and implementing condition-based maintenance strategies within some highly technical and high-profile environments.
Oliver Ringsby-Burgess, Group Managing Director of HPS, commented: “Launching our M&E services business will provide further services to our customer base, ensuring their buildings are safe and operating in the most energy-efficient manner possible. Adam has fantastic engineering credentials from his time in both the RAF and across business and industry. He is a fantastic addition to both our team and our culture, and we're really excited to see how he further develops HPS' growing M&E capability”
Adam Phillips, Business Director of M&E Services at HPS, commented: “I’m delighted to join the HPS team and to support their impressive portfolio of customers. I believe that through using advanced maintenance techniques and industry-leading software we will be able to offer our clients more in terms of asset uptime and compliance reporting whilst ensuring the cost base is competitive compared to standard maintenance approaches.”
