The company occupies two floors of the Ilona Rose building in Soho in central London, with space for 300+ employees. BW fitted out the space from shell and core across levels 5 and 6 of the building, with a brief to reflect Skyscanner’s hybrid working model.
Designed by MCM, The Focus Lounge is a space for quiet, solo work in a distraction-free environment. Soundproofing, ambient lighting and soft furnishings provide Skyscanner’s team with a space to delve into deep work such as coding or strategic planning.
As well as a place for reflective and quiet work, The Community Lounge is intended as its opposite, somewhere to collaborate and discuss.

The Innovation Lounge contains meeting rooms, workstations, a larger event space and quiet pods.
The Wellness Room is “biophilia-inspired” with greenery, natural textures, and calming decor. As well as being open for quiet working, it’s also suitable for hosting wellness events and yoga.

Situated in the heart of Soho, we have helped to create an exceptional hybrid working environment for Skyscanner’s employees. Shared workspaces, tranquil desk areas, soundproof pods, a library, indoor garden, and terraces all combine to create a rich, sustainable environment that supports productivity and wellbeing."
