Global travel brand Skyscanner has a new Edinburgh hub in the heart of Quartermile.
The new office spans two floors and 25,000 sq ft of space, and has been completely refurbished by BW: Workplace Experts, following the completion of Skyscanner’s Glasgow office earlier in 2025.

The space features a hospitality-style arrival experience and intuitive work zones, including collaborative hubs, quiet pods, and huddle rooms. There are also three 1200mm x 2700mm murals designed by Glasgow-based artist Isa Henrich, inspired by Paris, Madrid and Chicago.
In terms of sustainability, the team employed a reuse strategy to reduce waste and environmental impact through careful material selection and by utilising the existing ceilings and furniture.

Daniel Callegari, Design & Build Director at BW: Workplace Experts, said: “We’re proud to continue our partnership with Skyscanner to create office environments that prioritise flexibility and provide an exceptional user experience. The Edinburgh office is not only visually striking, it is collaborative, people-centric, and tailored to its local identity, while maintaining consistency with Skyscanner’s global brand.
“We worked closely with Skyscanner’s team, our own experts, and multiple stakeholders, including the landlord, to ensure a smooth and successful delivery.”
The project team included: cost and project management by Henessy Godden, acoustic consultancy by RBA, building control/warrant advice by Socotec and joinery by SJG.
