Rinnai, the premier manufacturers and suppliers of continuous flow hot water heating units and delivery systems, has added to their technical service department with the appointment of Danny Madagwa to the post of Applications Engineer.

Madagwa will be based at the company’s London office but will be liaising with customers on a nationwide basis. He holds a MEng, a masters’ degree in engineering.

Rinnai Operations head Chris Goggin said: “Danny will be dealing directly with installers, contractors and end-users. The provision of technical service is a key factor in the market switching to the continuous flow mode of hot water delivery, as opposed to the old, conventional methods.”

Environmental management systems

Rinnai makes and sells over 12 million gas appliances every year, which are distributed globally to all parts of the world and are all ISO 9001 and ISO 1400I certified (International standard for environmental management systems). They are backed with extensive warranties and fully qualified service teams.
