Emcor UK Takes Insurance On TFM Contract

Emcor UK, has been awarded a contract with multinational insurance company RSA Insurance Group which is being described as a total facilities management contract. It will be implemented at 18 of RSA’s buildings across the UK, including RSA Insurance Group’s London headquarters.

The new contract took effect on 1st November 2018 and will be delivered over a five-year term. it was won following a competitive bid process.

Emcor UK will be responsible for providing the 18 contracted RSA facilities a wide range of FM services, including mechanical & electrical maintenance, building fabric cleaning & maintenance, cleaning, catering & vending, manned guarding, landscaping services, pest control, gritting services, statutory testing, FM helpdesk, reception services, space planning and waste management. It will also deliver first line operational staff management, and some additional minor projects.
