M&E specialist Linaker has won a contract to manage the planned preventative maintenance and reactive works for Liverpool ONE shopping centre.

The multi-million pound contract will span works across the combined 42.5 acres of the iconic Liverpool retail and leisure destination, including its Green Flag accredited five-acre park, to ensure it remains one of Europe’s leading cultural destinations. 

Set adjacent to the historic waterfront, Liverpool ONE has over 170 stores, bars and restaurants, an 18-screen cinema and an indoor adventure golf course. 

The three-year PPM and reactive works contract will begin on 1 March 2021 and will see Linaker implement a 17-man team, including apprentices.
