Here are some of the latest staff changes within facilities management and the wider built environment sector:

Tracy Nilsson will join ISS as Global Head of Sustainability on 1 January 2022.
Tracy Nilsson joins ISS from Adidas where she has held a position as Senior Director, Global Environment. Previously she held leading sustainability roles with Lululemon, ThinkStep, and IKEA. Tracy Nilsson is also a Steering Committee Member at the United Nation Fashion Industry Charter for Climate.
“Tracy has a solid track record of improving the sustainability agenda substantially in the organisations she has worked for. I am confident she will also play a vital and positive role at ISS, as we strengthen our sustainability profile and offerings further in the years to come. We are fully committed to carrying out our operations and delivering our services in a sustainable way. It’s our societal responsibility, our license to operate and ultimately the key driver for success and future growth,” says Group COO at ISS, Troels Bjerg.
Tracy Nilsson says: “This gives me a huge amount of energy and passion for the work ahead and I look forward to making things happen, together. I can’t wait to get started and I’m honoured and humbled to play my part in leading ISS’s change journey to a more sustainable future.”
In her past career, Tracy Nilsson has developed and executed global sustainability strategies, visions and plans for global brands that successfully connect business strategies and performance demands with sustainability concepts to improve and drive positive impact on business and society.
Tracy Nilsson has lived and worked in Asia, Europe and North America. Currently she is based in Hong Kong, but she will now relocate to Copenhagen with her family.
Amanda Andrews has joined Firenso & Lyfe to take on the role of Managing Director, taking over the reins from Matt Holness.
Amanda is an experienced Managing Director with a strong track record of delivery across all areas of the built environment together with building strong, commercially focussed delivery teams who understand the importance of delivering for their clients.
Amanda is focused on driving service delivery, developing and promoting high levels of stakeholder engagement across the business and is well-positioned to support the ongoing growth and development of both Firenso & Lyfe as they expand their product portfolio.
Andy Erskine – AEIM Group CEO commented “Amanda joins Firenso and indeed the group at an exciting point in our journey and with her energy and desire to deliver, we are confident that Firenso is in safe hands”.
Chris Nickols CB CBE DL has been named Chair of Corps Security. He has been on the board as a Non-Executive Director since March 2020 and was a shareholder Trustee for the seven years before that.
Nickols completed a full career in the Royal Air Force, commanding at all levels and gaining extensive experience in security operations and public sector governance at the highest board levels. In his final role he was Chief of Defence Intelligence - Ministry of Defence. In this high-ranking role, he acted as one of the principal intelligence advisors to the UK government. He was also the leader of international and UK national intelligence collaboration and relationships and was responsible for security and management of some of the UK’s most sensitive sites.
Nickols will head up the Corps board comprising: Nick Pearch, Non-Executive Director; Fiona Strens, Non-Executive Director; Mike Bullock, Chief Executive Officer; and Paul Craggs, Chief Financial Officer.
Nickols’ appointment follows that of Fiona Strens, Professor of Practice on Security & Resilience at the University of Strathclyde, who joined the board as a Non-Executive Director earlier this month.
Chris Nickols said: “I am delighted to be heading up the Corps Security board after almost 10 years supporting the organisation. I hope that my deep understanding of threat assessment, as well as physical and technical security, will continue to bring value to Corps and its customers.”
Mike Bullock, CEO of Corps Security commented: “I’m very pleased that Chris Nickols has taken on the chairmanship of our board. His broad knowledge and experience of the security sector and military veterans will continue to be invaluable to us.”
