Pareto FM has been awarded the mechanical and electrical services contract with the Royal College of Physicians, the oldest royal medical college in England. 

Pareto’s team will deliver M&E services at the award-winning Grade 1 listed modernist building in Central London. The college is at the east entrance of Regent's Park and houses a museum, library, seminar and lecture halls, meeting rooms, curated gardens and banquet suite.

Incorporated by Royal Charter in 1518, the RCP has been at the forefront of advancing medical knowledge and shaping healthcare practices. Today, it continues to play a pivotal role in promoting excellence in medicine and supporting physicians in their professional development.  In 2018, the RCP was the first royal college to receive the Carbon Trust Standard in recognition of its commitment to sustainable working.
