Lancer Scott Facilities Management has won the hard FM contract at the University of the West of England in Bristol.
The FM firm has a previous relationship with the university, having worked on several fit-out projects such as the demolition and refurbishment of the Maths block.
Director of Estates and Facilities at UWE Bristol, Chris Abbott, said: “Lancer Scott demonstrated a strong alignment and synergy to our values and understanding of our business through their successful delivery of a number of significant key projects to date.
“We felt that they demonstrated a culture of authentic partnering which is very important to us as we want to build a relationship around trust and collaboration. We see them being integral to our overall Estates vision and success as a university as we navigate through the years ahead.”
