The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art has appointed The Clean Space to deliver cleaning services across both RADA and RADA Business buildings.
The Clean Space will tailor its service by aligning cleaning plans with rehearsal timetables and academic schedules. Low-moisture equipment will also be used to protect the academy’s specialist sprung floors, which provide shock absorption to reduce strain on performers’ joints and muscles.
RADA has four theatres as part of its estate, as well as a range of studios and workshop spaces across buildings on Gower Street and Chenies Street. There is also a library, box office, and various offices.
George Mills, Estates Manager at RADA, said: “We are delighted to welcome The Clean Space as our new cleaning partner. Their deep understanding of educational and performance environments, along with their proven track record in similar institutions, makes them the ideal choice for RADA. We look forward to working together to ensure our spaces remain safe, clean, and inspiring for students, staff, and visitors alike.”
Wesley Smith, Sales & Marketing Director at The Clean Space, added: “Our team is committed to supporting RADA’s operational and creative priorities with a service that reflects its world-class reputation. Through innovation, discretion, and attention to detail, we will ensure RADA’s facilities continue to provide the very best environment for learning, rehearsal, and performance.”
