Clarion Housing Group has appointed Samsic UK to provide cleaning services to its offices in central and south-east England.

The contractor is supplying 70 directly-employed staff to clean 26 of the organisation's offices. 

Clarion has 125,000 homes nationwide and is the UK's largest provider of affordable housing.

Commitment to Sustainability and Environmental Management Key When Selecting Suppliers

Samsic CEO, Jonathan King, commented: "Service partners with capacity, relevant experience, enabling access to environmentally-considerate solutions are sought by the UK's major housing providers. 

"Given contractors play a key role in determining Clarion's indirect environmental footprint, their evidenced commitment to sustainability and environmental management is a key criterion in selecting suppliers.

£61 million turnover Samsic UK employs over 3,000 people providing cleaning, security and related services from 12 regional offices to over 1,700 sites on behalf of 750 organisations. London sites are serviced by premium brand provider, JPC by Samsic.
