Securitas Acquires R&R Frontline Services

Securitas has acquired R&R Frontline Services

Securitas Services Holding UK Ltd, better known just as Securitas, has bought R&R Frontline Services Ltd and R&R Frontline Services UK Ltd.

Both iterations of the company will continue to deliver local, professional security services to clients and will transition to operate under the Securitas brand during 2019.

With more than 70 employees, both Ltd UK Ltd, specialise in static and mobile security services in Oxford, Banbury and across Oxfordshire. A Securitas spokesperson describer the companies' customer portfolio as 'an excellent complement to the existing Securitas business'.

Securitas operates in 58 markets worldwide. in the UK, the company offers on-site, mobile and remote protection; electronic security; fire & safety; and corporate risk management services. The R&R business will help strengthen Securitas UK's portfolio of electronic alarm surveillance services and mobile security services for small and medium-sized businesses.

These acquisitions offer an opportunity for Securitas to strengthen and expand its protective services and customer offering whilst supporting our strategy for future growth.”
