Working through their client CBRE, Spectrum Service Solutions has been appointed for cleaning contracts at 13 sites in Aberdeen.
Spectrum will provide a full range of services, including daily cleaning, sanitary services, laundry, window cleaning, and janitorial. The majority of the sites are for Halliburton, one of the world's largest providers of products and services for the energy industry.
The other contracts include:
Spectrum's Managing Director, Rebecca Bell, said: "This has been a very exciting time for everyone at Spectrum, especially our Aberdeen team; the addition of any new contract or site is always good news, but adding thirteen at one time is a significant increase, one we welcome. It's a tremendous reflection of the hard work our teams across the country have done with CBRE; our relationship with them continues to grow, and we thank them for the faith they have shown in Spectrum by awarding such a significant portfolio of their clients' sites in the North East.
"It's also a validation of the processes and meticulous planning procedures we have in place at Spectrum that we are able to onboard so many sites in such a short space of time. I'd like to express my thanks to the dedicated management team in Aberdeen, who have done a fantastic job of building relationships with the new clients and quickly getting up to speed with their specific requirements."
Spectrum Regional Operations Manager Jennie McColl added: "This is a really exciting time at Spectrum with so many great things happening, especially in the North. Getting to know clients and building strong working relationships is one of my favourite things about my role, so you can imagine how much I've enjoyed meeting new clients across these sites. So far, everyone has been enthused about our appointment, and all have been extremely supportive during the familiarisation period. I'm really looking forward to cementing these relationships and working with some great people who represent some globally leading brands in the future."
