Spectrum Service Solutions Awarded New Contract by Knight Frank

Scottish FM service provider Spectrum Service Solutions has been awarded a new contract with their existing client Knight Frank.

Spectrum currently works across several Knight Frank commercial properties, but has recently been awarded a new contract at Sutherland House in St Vincent Street, Glasgow. This newly refurbished office building on the corner of St Vincent Street and Wellington Street.

The Grade B-listed building has had a major overhaul of its lifts, plant and machinery, and an extensive refurbishment of the reception and common areas.

Spectrum will provide cleaning, consumables, pest control, and sanitary services throughout the building.

Operations Director Rebecca Bell said: “Knight Frank is a valued client with which we have worked for many years. The fact that they are awarding us additional contracts speaks volumes about the excellent relationship we have with them and the quality of services we consistently deliver.”

“We work hard to maintain and build strong ongoing relationships with all clients, and it’s especially pleasing to me and the team at Spectrum when our good work results in additional contracts at new locations. Much of this is a result of good communication and the first-class performance of our people, for which I am very grateful. Likewise, we appreciate Knight Frank’s trust in us and for enabling our relationship to flourish.”
