Equans, the new subsidiary of Engie, has appointed the former Vinci Managing Director as the new CEO of its UK & Ireland business, leading with 74,000 employees across 17 countries.
Loiseau will succeed current CEO Nicola Lovett, who will leave the business. The new appointment will take effect from 1 September 2021.

Loiseau previously led a number of Vinci Group’s European subsidiaries, including Vinci’s FM and construction businesses in the UK. He also managed Antea, an independent environmental services company for ten years.
