Chris left the Royal Marines only 6 months ago after more than 14 years of service.

In his latter years of service, Chris worked on developing his business acumen to ensure a well-rounded skill and mind set. As a result of being the lead in many successful projects and cost saving exercises during his career, Chris was awarded the Royal Navy’s Herbert Lott award and notified at Board Level.

Balance brings Chris to the next chapter in his life, but also to his next Challenge, to which he will bring all his experience, skills and attributes to the new Organisation and role.

Garrath is a veteran who served for 17 years in the British and Australian Army developing and leading teams around the world in a multitude of roles including peace keeping, disaster relief, civil support and combat operations.

Since leaving the Army Garrath has workied with a high-performance training company, in an experiential leadership development consultancy and in one of the oldest and most well respected public schools in the UK.

More recently he has worked in the service charity sector working with veterans and the wider military community to provide support to them finding purposeful employment after their service commitment has concluded.

Dominic's background was formed in Elite Sports, Military experience and Commercial Management. He is actively involved in supporting Veterans and Service Leavers in the Military to Veteran transition and finding a new purpose.

Dominic is an extreme challenge freak, testing himself to push beyond accepted limits, in the pursuit of fundraising for Scottys Little Soldiers, the charity that supports the bereaved children of our British Forces.
