Acorn has selected FSI's Concept Evolution, Concept Reach and FSI GO solutions to manage assets and facilities across its portfolio.

As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical maintenance, BMS and water treatment services in London and South East England; Acorn has over 500 sites and is established across a broad portfolio of market sectors.

With over 3 decades of industry experience the Acorn teams bring technical knowledge and in-depth industry expertise to clients.  As part of its BMS business, Acorn has developed a specialist Energy and Building Performance Centre and team, creating the ability to adopt predictive, condition-based or business-focused maintenance techniques within client buildings.

The FSI range of solutions will manage all of Acorn’s services across its portfolio of buildings.

Acorn found that with the substantial business growth over the last few years, the decision to adopt FSI’s Concept solutions was made to support its plans for future business management and to deliver profitable growth.  This is a big step in Acorn’s long term strategy and the team looks forward to working with FSI to help build the foundations which will provide many benefits.
