Combined Technical Solutions Wins Contract at 100 Bishopsgate

Combined Technical Solutions has announced that they have been awarded a new contract for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer at 100 Bishopsgate.

The contract award is for the provision of repairs and maintenance services for law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer

Freshfields will be occupying 13 floors of the 36-storey office development in the heart of the City of London.

The law firm has signed a 20-year lease and according to a report by the Financial Times, the space is expected to cost Freshfields about £16.5 million a year 

 

Corporate Building Services Contract

 

Combined Technical Solutions (CTS), has stated that they are looking forward to “providing a superior service” across their service lines and with the entire Freshfields supply chain 

CTS was formed in 1999, and provides building services, specialising in corporate building services maintenance.

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP is one of the world’s largest multinational law firms in the world, employing over 5,000 people. City A.M. reported in 2017 that Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer would be leaving its Fleet Street London HQ, where it’s been a tenant since 1989.
