An FM firm that launched in the summer of 2024 has won a contract to manage security services at Deansgate Square in Manchester.

Game FM is a Manchester-based facilities solutions provider led by Gabriel Erinle, who has over 15 years of experience in the sector, having worked for Westgrove Support Services and property developer Allied London.

Formed in 2024, Game FM (Go A Mile Extra) now manages assets worth more than £1.2 billion within Manchester city centre.

The Deansgate Square win will see Game FM operatives working across the 183,000 sq ft Manchester residential skyscrapers, which feature a 20m indoor pool, a gym, spa and multi-use sports hall. Game FM will manage security across residential and communal spaces.

Gabriel Erinle said: “With nearly two decades in property and estate management and a vast experience of managing complex estates, I understand the vital role facilities management plays in protecting and enhancing high-end developments like Deansgate Square.

“Game was built to challenge the traditional, corporate FM model. We pride ourselves on being more responsive, aligned with the communities we serve, and more focused on people - both our clients and our team. We’re here to raise standards and securing this contract with such a prestigious residential scheme is a huge milestone for our team.

“We’re excited to deliver a service that exceeds expectations and brings real value to its residents and stakeholders alike.”
