Imtech Inviron has secured a new five-year deal to provide technical facilities maintenance services across 26 Jewish Care properties.

Jewish Care is the largest health and social care organisation in the London and the South of England region, serving some 10,000 members. It aims to be the care and community services provider of choice for older people in the Jewish community.

Noel Clancy, Imtech Inviron’s Managing Director commented: “From the outset, Jewish Care made it very clear their number one priority was to appoint a strong partnering organisation who fully understood their service users care ethos.

“We were able to demonstrate a strong track record in technical and statutory compliance in the health care sector and our client and employee retention record gave Jewish Care the comfort they were looking for.

“Our ability to demonstrate a recent successful mobilisation in this sector, during the COVID-19 lockdown, was another key factor.”

“Understanding of our Service Users’ Care Needs”

EDF-backed Imtech Inviron is one of the largest technical service providers in the UK and Ireland, with experience in engineering services, technical facilities management and systems integration.

Simon Perry, Assistant Director of Property Services at Jewish Care said:  “We were impressed with Imtech Inviron’s team and their understanding of our service users’ care needs throughout the tender process.

“We believe Inviron will deliver the service levels we are looking for, and feel the transferring team will be working for a company which empowers them to make a difference.”
