ISS has announced that it has agreed with power management company Eaton to expand their nine-year partnership from single-service food services to fully integrated facility services, through to 2024.

The expanded partnership now includes the provision of technical services, facilities management, cleaning, space planning, and support services including mailroom and switchboard operations. The account is staffed by more than 28 ISS employees.

Eaton’s 2020 revenues were $17.9 billion, and they sell products to customers in more than 175 countries. The company has approximately 85,000 employees.

Scott Branstetter, Eaton Facilities and EHS Manager said: “ISS understands our needs and has continued to deliver as we have progressed through integration to go-live. A clean, safe and engaging work environment is even more important as we return to the office following COVID, and we are confident that ISS will help us deliver on that promise to employees.”

Susan Wojciechowski, Chief Commercial Officer for ISS North America added: “We are thrilled to be expanding our partnership with Eaton. This is a great example of the value our integrated facilities platform delivers to clients—and an expansion from our high-quality reputation that we cultivated within our food service offering to Eaton.”
