Novus Property Solutions has extended its contract with The Guinness Partnership for a further two years.

Under its planned maintenance framework, The Guinness Partnership has appointed Novus to provide maintenance for kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, fire doors, electric heating, and external works.

Originally founded in 1890, the Guinness Partnership has more than 140,000 customers across the country, living in almost 65,000 homes. They also build 25 per cent of all London’s new houses.

Novus has worked with the housing association for six years, and their team has achieved an average customer service score of 97.3 per cent in 2023.

Senior Operations Manager, Mark Noad, said: “We’re proud to have been awarded a two-year framework contract with our longstanding client The Guinness partnership in the South West, cementing our position as a contractor of choice in the region.

“Securing contracts for both new and existing clients is a key element of our business growth strategy, and demonstrates our reputation for delivering excellence as well as the value of our partnership approach. We’re looking forward to further developing our relationship with The Guinness Partnership.”
