Spotlight Interview – Andrew Jack

Andrew Jack is an Account Manager at JPC by Samsic, and has managed FM services at the prestigious Broadgate Campus since 2021.

JPC by Samsic has operated as a cleaning company in London for over four decades, delivering a Concierge Cleaning model, tailored to the unique needs of London’s premium spaces and working communities. This style of working aligns with the “hotelification” of offices, as facilities and property managers look to make destinations out of workplaces.

As Andrew explains in the Spotlight Interview, at client site Broadgate, this tailored approach presents as a family-style culture with a focus on mentorship and development, access to the latest cleaning technology and a focus on community engagement outside of work. 

Andrew joined ThisWeekinFM to discuss his outlook on client and employee relationships, his advocacy for cobotics, and his commitment to employee wellbeing within his team.
