Sunbelt Rentals Becomes Mitie’s Preferred Equipment Rental Supplier

Sunbelt Rentals Becomes Mitie’s Preferred Equipment Rental Supplier
22 July 2024

Equipment rental supplier Sunbelt Rentals has signed a multi-year preferred supplier agreement with Mitie.

Sunbelt Rentals will supply rental equipment across all areas of Mitie’s business, including plant and hire equipment.

The agreement was established in line with Mitie’s Preferred Supplier Optimisation Strategy, and Sunbelt was chosen due to its simple ordering process and mutual values of prioritising sustainability, exceptional customer service, and delivering social value across the local communities they work in.

Phil Parker, Sunbelt Rentals’ Chief Executive Officer, who took over the role on 1 May 2024, commented on the agreement: “We are proud to be supporting Mitie as their preferred rental equipment supplier. We have worked closely with Mitie to build a trusted partnership around our shared values. Our continuous investment in sustainable equipment and innovative technologies will enable Mitie to enhance their operations and better serve their customers. This agreement is a fantastic way to mark the beginning of Sunbelt 4.0, our new five-year growth strategy, as we focus on prioritising, elevating, and enhancing everything we do to support our customers.”
