Read Full ArticleAtlas Workplace Services has partnered with independent education charity AQA on a total facilities management contract.
After a successful three-month mobilisation period, this partnership marks AQA’s first time uniting different service areas under a TFM single provider.
AQA sets and marks over half of all GCSEs and A-levels taken in the UK every year.
20 Atlas colleagues have worked on the contract since April 2025, which includes cleaning, security, and mechanical and electrical services across the AQA estate. The agreement also features the provision for ad hoc project work.
Contracted sites include offices in Guildford, Manchester and two in Milton Keynes.
Karen O’Neill, Managing Director of Atlas Workplace Services, commented: “We are absolutely delighted to have been selected as AQA’s TFM partner. It’s a privilege to support such an important British body, and we’re excited to bring a streamlined and responsive service model to their estate. From day one, the collaboration between our teams has been highly positive, and we look forward to building a long and productive partnership.”
Nick Greenwood, AQA Head of Workplace and Property, added: “AQA is focused on helping students realise their potential and we’re pleased that Atlas Workplace Services is helping to provide a working environment for our staff to fulfil that goal. Their approach during the tender process showed a clear understanding of our needs and a strong commitment to service excellence. Since the contract began, their team has worked closely with ours to ensure a smooth transition.”
