FM contractor Edmund Services has been awarded the maintenance contract for the West End Gate site in Paddington.

The contract is on behalf of their long-standing client, Lee Baron Property Group, which manages around £5 billion of UK assets.

West End Gate is an exclusive residential development by Berkeley Homes, designed by architects Piercy & Company. Situated in London’s West End, it has 50 apartments with a 24-hour concierge, private cinema, swimming pool, gym, and spa.

Edmund Services’ on-site team will deliver mechanical and electrical maintenance and manage full defects management.

Edmund Services Managing Director Liam O'Donoghue said: “This is a fantastic contract win for us, and we are delighted to continue our valued partnership with Lee Baron.
