Envirotech Group – Another Grey Hair IP Joins The Business

27 September 2018

After a spell of 10 years as former CEO of Ireland and interim CEO of the UK for Apleona HSG Ltd, Jeff Smith joins his former Chairman Pinder Singh Hujan to strengthen Envirotech headed by Paul Harrison, Group Chairman.

Jeff joins as a Partner and will act primarily in the role of Director of Digital Technology and lead the business in delivering digital technologies to provide cutting edge business intelligence tools and IoT integration that provide clients with new digital products and services that disrupt the current FM marketplace.

With over 30 years working in the FM Industry, he has a successful record of growing and developing businesses within the FM marketplace in Ireland, UK, Germany & the Middle East.  Jeff completed an MBA in Facilities Management from the Dublin Institute of Technology in 2002. Jeff currently sits on the steering committee of the International Energy Research Centre based in Cork, Ireland.

Pinder Singh Hujan commented that it’s fantastic news to have Jeff join our vision for the future. “My focus is to bring to the market a team who have the knowledge, expertise and experience with enthusiasm and hunger to challenge convention and embrace forward thinking disruptive solutions, which I am referring to as ‘Grey Hair IP’. The teams we are creating are a mix of grey hair experience with enthusiastic blank sheet FM data technologists.

Jeff has vast knowledge and expertise in the changing face of our sector and will help us to define and deliver cutting edge digital solutions to our clients. It is a testament that we have secured another executive leader from what our clients see as the usual slow corporate oil tanker FM providers.”

Jeff was attracted to the role for being able to have the flexibility to exploit the years of experience and knowledge, to provide the long overdue innovative disruption that clients are craving.

Paul Harrison, Group Chairman, commented that building the team is the priority of likeminded people to build upon the Envirotech Way of doing business.

Envirotech FM launched in May 2018 and operates from Envirotech new premises in Wigmore Street, Marylebone, London as well as UK headquarters in Birmingham, West Midlands.
