OCS has successfully secured a new total facilities management five-year contract with LKQ UK & Ireland.

The contract spans an initial three-year period, with an additional two-year extension. 

OCS will provide a range of services such as cleaning, security and hard services. These will be implemented across three key sites: one in Ireland and two sites in Tamworth. 

OCS has also outlined plans to invest £350,000 in upgrading security systems across LKQ sites, including installing new gates, advanced camera systems and further security measures designed to streamline operations and reduce long-term costs. These upgrades will be done through OCS Systems. The investment aims to create a more efficient and secure environment, minimising the need for manual checks and enhancing remote monitoring capabilities.
