Home appliances business SharkNinja has selected Polyteck for an initial one-year FM contract.

Polyteck will provide planned preventative maintenance as well as reactive and callout services at SharkNinja’s UK office. This includes its London base at Battersea Power Station and Leeds head office at Century Way, Thorpe Park. Polyteck will deploy its Enviro-Logik smart building management system, providing remote monitoring and evaluation and energy management monitoring systems for M&E equipment. The system provides energy consumption data which alerts contractors to potential problems and equipment health for them to take preventative action.

The initial contract is for one year, with the potential for a two-year extension.
