Q3 Secures Hard Services Contract With Double Eleven

Q3 Services Group has won a three-year hard FM services contract with Middlesbrough-based game developer, Double Eleven.

Double Eleven has produced popular games such as Rust Console Edition, Grounded and Prison Architect.

The contract, which has the potential to be extended by two years, will see Q3 delivering a range of mechanical and electrical services to Double Eleven’s new Boho X flagship head office. The Boho X building is situated in Middlesbrough’s digital services quarter and is now home to around 300 employees.

Matthew Harris, Facilities Manager at Double Eleven said, “Q3 went into great detail during the site visit and has a proven delivery model. We liked their approach, and the fact that they will be delivering the contract through a local team.”

Martyn Freeman, CEO of Q3 Services, added, “We are delighted to be working with Double Eleven, and look forward to developing a strong partnership as they continue their exciting expansion.”
