Incentive FM Group, the leading independent facilities services company, has announced plans to merge its latest M&E acquisition, Weston Electrical Services (WES Group), into Incentive Tec, its specialist M&E business, to create a single building and M&E services company.

Incentive Tec now offers clients a fully comprehensive range of technical, building maintenance and project management services through a single point of contact.  It provides a range of specialist fire and security services incorporating access control, fire systems installation and maintenance.   The company will retain its strong focus on delivering technical multi-disciplined services on a 24/7 basis, with more than 170 multi-disciplined engineers providing mobile, resident and project services throughout the UK.

Incentive Tec will now operate from four regional offices in Kings Langley, Derby, Weston-Super-Mare and Basildon.

Incentive FM Group Chairman Jeremy Waud, said: “The growth of Incentive Tec under the leadership of Chris Windass and the integration of the WES Group, means that our customers will benefit from a broader range of services, supported by a large national mobile engineering team, all from a single point of contact.”
