Corporate Receptionist of the Year 2024 Nominations Now Open

The only award that recognises front-of-house receptionists working in the corporate sector is now open for entries.

The Corporate Receptionist of the Year award celebrates the commitment of front-of-house professionals who deliver special experiences to visiting guests at corporate offices.

The competition is open to any receptionist working in a corporate organisation either directly or through a third-party service provider in the UK and Ireland. Just download the application form and upload a short video clip. These entries will then be assessed by a panel of judges who will shortlist ten people for interviews and face-to-face role plays to decide the overall winner.

Prizes are yet to be announced, but previous winners have been treated to a hosted five-day trip to New York.

Winner, Corporate Receptionist of the Year 2023

2023’s winner Shannon Sullivan from Rapport Guest Services at Addleshaw Goddard said about her win: “I have realised that being a receptionist is what I am destined to do and exactly where I am meant to be. My journey is relatable to so many other corporate receptionists and I want to exemplify the heights you can reach if you only believe and have a can-do attitude. My colleagues have been so supportive and have truly made me feel very lucky to be in this position.”
