Dirk Talsma is the Managing Director of Rapport Guest Services and Chair of the Corporate Receptionist of the Year Award. 

The Corporate Receptionist of the Year award is the only industry accolade that specifically rewards receptionists working in the corporate sector. These professionals are the first port of call for visitors to some of the most prestigious office buildings around the world. Corporate receptionists are highly organised individuals who maintain a company’s professional standards from a vistor’s very first contact. They often speak multiple languages, juggling the needs of maintaining an efficient reception desk and communicating with a range of people within a business. 

Corporate Receptionist of the Year 2024

Dirk Talsma, Chair of the awards, alongside an esteemed judging panel from some of the leading front-of-house outsourcing companies in the market, after a rigorous shortlisting process, will name their 2024 Corporate Receptionist of the Year at a ceremony on International Receptionists’ Day on 8 May 2024.
