Roundtable Agenda

This Roundtable is hosted by JLL Technologies on Thursday 27th October from 8am to 10:30am exclusively for those operating in the FM, Workplace, Built Environment, Property and related industries.

Held at Searcys in the Gherkin, the event will start at 8 am with breakfast before a discussion on how we can leverage best practices to reduce costs in an era of post-pandemic inflation.

A limited number of influential attendees will share their best cost containment strategies and how they use CMMS / EAM to implement them, from both the client and the provider perspective.

The event will conclude with some casual networking overlooking the City of London, where the attendees will have the opportunity to converse amongst themselves.

08.15 AM - Start and Welcome Chair's Opening Remarks
We begin with the Chair's opening remarks, an introduction of each attendee and a short presentation to set the scene.

How much is inflation impacting facilities teams?
Aggregate inflation impacts - material cost, labour.

09.00 AM - Session 2:
How to leverage cost-cutting technology in FM Software.
Work order, asset, vendor management, mobility, and operations tactics.

09.25 AM - Short Break
Refreshments provided.

09.40 AM - Session 3:
Strategies to keep costs manageable.
NTE controls, benchmarking, warranty controls, elimination of double payments, etc.

10.05 AM - Session 4:
Strategies to communicate with leadership effectively.

10:30 AM - Closing Remarks
The Chair will provide a summary of the discussion and closing remarks.

10:35 AM - Networking & Drinks
Attendees are welcome to join an informal networking session before the event ends.
