27 May 2021 | Updated 28 May 2021

The role of the facilities manager has a hugely broad remit, but what do you think should be prioritised in a post-pandemic world?

FMs cover all aspects of health and safety and building maintenance, through to energy management and managing company vehicles. With constantly evolving government legislation, the changes brought about due to the COVID-19 pandemic and new sustainability targets, how have your business priorities been changed? How do you see them evolving in the future?

As UK businesses contend with a more unsettled economic landscape, the need for flexibility has been highlighted in previous research. For example, it’s become questionable whether fleet ownership is economically viable versus long-term hire, if situations may arise where business volume shifts drastically, like we’ve seen during the pandemic.

Taking a moment to share your thoughts will help the industry accommodate your changing needs, and enable your entry to a prize draw.
