Getting value from Waste Management – Understanding your company’s waste management requirements leads to an improved relationship with your existing waste management contractor and a better, more cost effective service. This online course is designed to help facility managers and building owners implement an integrated waste management strategy.

Managing Project Costs – The course aims to develop your knowledge and understanding of the key principles involved in the management of project costs on a construction project. The course will provide you with the skills needed to discuss the main financial ratios, explain the importance of accurate cash flow forecasting, discuss the common forms of cash flow representation and explain cost-value reconciliation. The course was developed in conjunction with the College of Estate Management (CEM).

An Introduction to BREEAM – If you are thinking about taking the next step with BREEAM, this is our introduction into deepening your knowledge of the BREEAM family. It counts as 2 hours towards your CPD (Continued Professional Development), and is the ideal way to introduce yourself to how BREEAM works.

Fire Modelling – This online course will help you to develop an understanding of fire modelling and how it is possible to predict a fires progression, using data from real fires in simulated environments. Within engineering, design or architecture, this course will help you understand how you can effectively use fire modelling information.

Electrical Safety Awareness – Electricity is a vital form of energy. Modern life and work would not be possible without it. But electricity can be dangerous if it is not managed properly. This module gives an overview of electrical safety in the workplace and home.
