Read Full ArticleA website aimed at helping companies find office space by flexible workspace providers has launched. Spacepool connects independent workspace operators and businesses, helping them to find the space best suited to their needs local to them.
The search platform enables businesses to access and directly engage with providers, removing the need for an agent. Businesses can view, liaise and agree contracts with providers, all through the website, securing a space serving their needs, at pace and at a budget they are comfortable with.
Bespoke lease agreements
Users have full control of the platform, which is designed to be a one-stop-shop offering the ability to develop bespoke lease agreements and tailored terms and conditions.
Workspace providers can also ensure that they are securing the right mix of businesses at their locations and look to secure long term tenants.
Hosts
All workspace providers, known as Hosts, are validated to ensure they meet standards,. The technology is comprehensive and easy to use, with extensive filter options that enable searches to be narrowed by options such as location, price, availability and type, with photos and detailed listing information.
Hire requests are submitted directly through Spacepool, with site visits arranged with the Host via a dedicated messaging service. Payments are also made via the platform, keeping all processes in one place for a smooth, transition into the new workspace. It is free to use for businesses, with rental rates set by the Hosts.
Office search market
Eugene Tavyev, founder and CEO of Spacepool, said: "As businesses evolve and grow, the demand on office space is constantly changing. Finding the right space for a certain period of time makes all the difference in a business cycle.
“Recognising the gap in the office search market, we have taken the time to understand what businesses want and have designed a simple, user-centric experience where businesses have full control. Smaller companies generally struggle to easily access office space, so creating an online community that brings together people and businesses from different industries to learn, share and collaborate will certainly help their longevity and long-term success.
"We have also ensured the process is fast, ensuring office moves and business expansions are not delayed.”
