Native Land has let 136 George Street, which will be to be known as The Smart Building, in a 15-year lease.
OneThreeSix is one of the first all-electric powered office buildings in central London, which will be operationally carbon zero from day one of occupation, with electricity from renewable sources.
The six-storey building is WiredScore 'Gold' Certified, targeting BREEAM "Excellent" and WELL ready status.
Smart will relocate from its current offices in Paddington, ensuring its 340 strong London based workforce remains in the capital.

OneThreeSix will provide 44,500 sq ft of office space for Smart, with the addition of a sizable wraparound terrace with 360-degree views over London. There are also 24 flats and 4 retail units.
The building occupies a whole block on the corner of George Street, and is faced with a combination of Limestone, brick and terracotta.
Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank were letting agents for Native Land. Smart was advised by Alder King.
The Co-Founders of Smart, Andrew Evans and Will Wynne, said:

"We have ensured there’s plenty of space to accommodate the huge number of hires in the pipeline, as well as social spaces including outdoor space on five of the six floors and a top floor wraparound terrace.
