Following an initial consultation in November 2024, more detailed proposals have been launched for the redevelopment of 130 Fenchurch Street.
The existing vacant site will be transformed into an ambitious landmark building designed to connect sensitively to the surrounding Eastern Cluster.
Designed by WilkinsonEyre and developed by CO—RE, the proposals for the new building include 31-storeys of office space, an improved streetscape and public-use amenities at street level. The distinctive design featuring a staggered form with a striking tower “crown”, stepping down into the north and lower historic buildings within the centre of the Eastern Cluster.

The building will also offer views of the neighbouring roof garden at 120 Fenchurch and is targeting BREEAM, 5.5* NABERS, and WELL building standards.
“This scheme will positively contribute to existing and planned development across the Fenchurch Street area, further enriching the public realm, opening up new green pedestrian routes, and creating visual and physical linkages to the surrounding area,” said Stephen Black, Director at CO—RE.
“We’re pleased to be bringing forward a scheme of this quality within the City that will offer world-class space to meet the needs of the Square Mile and future occupiers.”
