Atlantic Trust Trusts Macro with IFM

Atlantic Trust Private Wealth Management, with a property portfolio covering 125,000sq.ft. across ten locations in North America, has given Macro an integrated facilities management contract.

Valued at $1.2m (£721,000), the contract will include reception, mail, document management, couriers, catering, hospitality, and Macro’s own fm24 helpdesk and computer-aided facilities management solution.

The contract was mobilised at the beginning of this year, with locations in Chicago, Boston, New York, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Denver, San Francisco, Houston, Austin and Newport Beach.

Debra Ward, MD at Macro, said: “This contract showcases our global capabilities as we forge new relationships in North America.”
