Read Full ArticleIncentive Lynx Security, part of the Incentive FM Group, has been awarded a three year contract worth in excess of £3 million to provide security services at 30 St Mary Axe, also known as The Gherkin. The contract commenced on 1st July 2015.
Under the terms of the deal which was awarded by CBRE, the international real estate services firm, Incentive Lynx will take responsibility for the provision of security guarding services, including X ray screening and CCTV monitoring, at the iconic site in heart of the City of London.
Thirty four existing staff transferred to Lynx under TUPE. MD, Craig Pickard said: “This win now puts Incentive FM group companies into four of the main towers in the City of London with Incentive QAS responsible for all landlord cleaning services at 110 Bishopsgate and City Point and Incentive Lynx providing all security services at The Leadenhall Building and now The Gherkin."
