Shepherd FM has won a £5million contract to deliver reactive and planned preventative maintenance to 27 properties across Executive Offices Group’s central London high-end serviced office portfolio.

The five-year partnership with Executive Offices Group (EOG), which operates a comprehensive network of serviced offices, virtual offices and meeting rooms, strengthens Shepherd’s reputation for delivery. In order to service EOG’s vast London portfolio, the Shepherd team will be based out of its new, contemporary and high-spec flagship headquarters at One Euston Square.

Gabriel Kow, head of strategy for EOG, commented: “We pride ourselves on consistently exceeding our customer’s expectations through the service we deliver and the buildings we provide.  I am confident that our partnership with Shepherd will deliver beautifully maintained buildings.”

Ian Thomas, a director at Shepherd FM (pictured), said: “We were immediately attracted to this partnership because Executive Offices Group and Shepherd FM share the drive to deliver a best in class service. EOG operates within an incredibly demanding market and we were able to demonstrate our responsiveness and ability to deliver the service they were looking for. The client was impressed with the immediate access they have to the top level management at Shepherd.”
