Damion Lucas is an FM recruitment specialist and the Sector Lead of FM, Fire, Security, Data Centres and M&A at Executive Network Group.

After training as a Plumbing and Heating Apprentice and then achieving his HND in Business and Administration, Damion found himself working in the world of recruitment within building services, fire, security, FM and property. Damion’s role at Executive Network Group focuses on executive to mid-level search appointments across the technical sector.

Damion is a survivor of COVID-19, having spent three months in an induced coma and over two years recovering from his illness. He is now back working in the FM industry and we met up with him to hear his recovery story and learn more about his love for the sector.
