Wam BAM Thank You Mam

Kath Fontana has been appointed as Managing Director for ISS’ Technical Services business. Kath has joined ISS from BAM FM where she was Managing Director for the company’s Facilities Management business.

In the new role, Fontana will be leading a team of over 800 Technical Services employees to deliver mobile engineering, energy management and compliance services across Europe.  She will continue to develop the Technical Services product both as a standalone service as well as a part of ISS’ integrated facility services offering.

Fontana has over 25 years’ experience within the industry. At BAM, she was responsible for the vision and growth of the FM business, developing a solution for the implementation of BIM and Soft Landings. Previous to BAM, she served as Operations Director and Business Transformation Director at Interserve and held a number of senior positions in Estates and Contract Management spanning over 20 years, managing complex programmes and service delivery. She has been involved in a number of integrations and acquisitions in her career, leading and developing teams through transformation to success.
