Workplace Conference is London Bound

27 June 2014 | Updated 01 January 1970

FMs are being urged to join heads of workplace from the world’s leading financial organisations to discuss what the future holds for the financial workplace. The conference is scheduled for 18-19 November 2014 and will be held at Level39, One Canada Square, Canary Wharf.

At the heart of what will be discussed is the fact that the workplace is changing, but what are the best ways to manage that change? There will be an examination at the collaborative process of involving internal audiences – encapsulating and harnessing the powers from within and the HR teams – as well as the use of external agencies.

Another aspect will be the challenges of managing mobile working. How does the flexibility of ‘Bring your own device’ fit with corporate governance? The question of the need for open office space and agile working versus the demands of ‘Compliance’ will be discussed, along with many other subjects during the two days.

WORKTECH is a leading international workplace conference series. The event has been held at locations around the world, including Melbourne, New York, San Francisco Bay, Amsterdam, Sao Paulo, Shanghai, Singapore, Santiago and Buenos Aires.
