The Cleaning Interactive Exhibition

The Cleaning Interactive Exhibition
10 September 2020

Cleaning Interactive, the industry’s first high-tech event incorporating visualisation technology, takes place online from 6-7 October 2020.

CBI VR Experiences Limited, sister company of longstanding cleaning industry PR agency Ceris Burns International, is launching the new virtual event to boost the cleaning industry.

‘We wanted to create a new robust event for the cleaning industry, to bridge the gap of safely and effectively getting in front of decision makers whatever the world throws at us.’

– Ceris Burns
Managing Director, CBI VR Experiences

Kärcher UK, the world’s largest manufacturer of cleaning machines, is the headline sponsor for the show. Combining visualisation technology with a user-friendly interface, the digital event will deliver all the standard features of a live trade show (from one-to-one appointments, meetings and demos, to video and literature distribution and networking), while taking online exhibitor and visitor relations to a new level. This will include Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality features.

The event can provide exhibitors with up to 80% cost savings and environmental benefits of just 1% carbon emissions when compared with typical live events. Exhibitors will receive personalised show metrics for easy follow up and to measure ROI. Show content will also be available on-demand, post-event, thus extending the duration of the marketing opportunity.

There will also be an additional exclusive, closed, invitation-only Meet The Buyers platform. Five high profile buyers will invite 20 companies to hone their pitches and take part in a competition for the accolade of best innovation, with tips and advice provided on how to attract customers. The finalists will present live on the interactive stage, with top contracts on offer.

Ceris Burns, Managing Director of CBI VR Experiences, said: ‘We wanted to create a new robust event for the cleaning industry, to bridge the gap of safely and effectively getting in front of decision-makers whatever the world throws at us.’

Some of the organisations and brands involved in this world-first virtual cleaning event include: British Institute of Cleaning Science, Bunzl Cleaning & Hygiene Supplies, CBRE, Churchill Group Services, Cleaning & Hygiene Suppliers Association (CHSA), Denis Rawlins, Facilicom UK and Ireland, GOJO Industries-Europe, The Hillbrush Company, Incentive QAS, Katrin, Metsä, Metzger, the National Carpet Cleaners Association, Purex®, SAVORTEX®, SiteZone Safety, SpaceVac International, The Cheeky Panda ® UhUb, Unger, and the Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners.
