Dr Alisha is a Certified High Performance Coach and Founder of both The Drip Stop and The Medic Today. She is also an NHS doctor, specialising in Ophthalmology and Oncology. Dr Alisha stands passionately for the wellbeing of high performing professionals and the importance of nutrition on wellbeing and quality of life. Her work has led her to be awarded Entrepreneur of the month from Entrepreneur’s Circle and was recently a finalist for the Most inspiring Business person 2021 at the National Award Ceremony. She was also a nominee as the Best Newcomer and Best Implementer at the Elite Speaker and Sales Academy Awards night.
Research from the Mental Health Foundation has found that in the last year 74 per cent of UK adults have felt so stressed at some point that they have felt overwhelmed or unable to cope. And the Stress Management Society has found that 65 per cent of people in the UK have felt more stressed since the COVID-19 restrictions began in March 2020.
