The international property specialist, CBRE, has been appointed to provide FM services to Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co at its offices located at 4 More London.
Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co is a UK headquartered international law firm servicing clients worldwide via 10 offices with over 1,000 staff in situ.
In the UK, the company operates from three sites in Holborn, London Riverside and Birmingham respectively.
Following a competitive tender, CBRE will be responsible for the delivery of FM services to its offices at 4 More London. The building is situated opposite a world heritage site, spans 13.5 acres of prime property with adjoining public art, greenery and water features on the River Thames. It is characterised by a new style of working community in Central London with a suite of leading companies working from its base.
CBRE was awarded the contract through its FM and Technical Services arm and will deliver mechanical and electrical engineering, fabric, cleaning, waste management, security and pest control services.
