The range, which includes adjustable safety goggles, slip-resistant shoes, protective gloves including cut resistant gloves and a selection of high-vis jackets and trousers, supports a review of previous PPE provision and the more specific requirements of our female workers.

Andy May, HSE Director said: “We’re committed to continually enhancing the support we provide to our colleagues in our endeavours to make their working environment comfortable and safe. We've already received fantastic feedback.”

Gemma Evans, Executive Chef at Chartwells, part of Compass, added: “With people working in different environments across a variety of fields. It’s great that we have reviewed PPE for women.”

The new line of PPE has been created with the support of national distribution and outsourcing company, Bunzl.
